Arrangements Under Inclement Weather
訓練中心地址為沙田石門安景街51E地段中國香港龍舟總會訓練中心 (碧濤花園三旁)。
參加者可乘 40X、81C、85C、86K、87D、89C、284 或 299 巴士，於濱景花園站下車步行約十分鐘到達；或乘港鐵於石門站 C 出口步行約二十分鐘到達。
開放時間：
| 星期一、年初一至三、聖誕節 | 休息 |
| 星期二至五 | 下午六時至下午十時 |
| 星期六、日及公眾假期 年廿九／三十、中秋節、冬至、平安夜及除夕 | 上午八時三十分至下午六時三十分 （如星期一是公眾假期，亦以上述時間開放） |
租賃龍舟及設施時間：
| 星期一、年初一至三、聖誕節 | 休息 |
| 星期二至五 | 下午六時三十分至下午九時三十分 |
| 星期六、日及公眾假期 年廿九／三十、中秋節、冬至、平安夜及除夕 | 上午八時四十五分至下午六時正 （如星期一是公眾假期，亦以上述時間開放） |
If the related weather warning signal is cancelled 2 HOURS BEFORE the activity commences, all the activities of the day will be held as scheduled.
Activities may be cancelled in case of inclement weather or emergency venue maintenance. HKCDBA will notify the participants of the subsequent arrangement as soon as possible.
If the programme cannot be re-scheduled or arranged any compensatory session(s), participants may apply for full / partial refund from the Association. Participants should make the application for refund within 30 days after the completion date of the programme.
NO refund or compensatory session will be arranged if participants are absent due to other reasons.
